Villa Amoreddu is a holiday property located on a hill 3 minutes' walk from the center of San Teodoro on the north-east coast of the island. The villa offers breathtaking views of the beaches of Cala d'Ambra, La Cinta and the beautiful island of Tavolara. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets can be admired. The private villa has a garden, two large terraces, private parking and access to the sea via private road among olive trees and mastic trees. Villa Amoreddu has private parking. The main structure of the villa is composed of 3 Deluxe double bedrooms each with its own internal bathroom plus a courtesy bathroom. The villa is furnished with modern furniture which nevertheless maintains the style of the holiday home. Villa Amoreddu has two magnificent outdoor terraces, also one on the rooftop with a Jacuzzi with spectacular 300° views of all the bays.

The Beaches
A walk through the scents of Sardinia leads to the beach below and La Cinta, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia is 2km from the villa, however we recommend visiting the following beaches nearby:
Lu Impostu, Isuledda, Cala Brandinchi, Cala d’Ambra and Capo Coda Cavallo. Less than 50 km away is the famous Costa Smeralda, which offers many beautiful beaches and small coves.
